ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
Claude Fourie is committed to providing a digital environment that is inclusive and accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe that everyone has the right to explore relationship growth and intimacy with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.
1. OUR GOAL AND EFFORTS We strive to align our website and digital course materials with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor disabilities. Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:
* Ensuring clear color contrast between text and backgrounds (utilizing high-contrast tones within our design palette).
* Implementing readable typography and heading structures across our landing pages and short courses.
* Providing video content that works seamlessly with platform-native playback adjustments.
* Utilizing alternative text descriptions for key images and graphical layouts where possible.
2. PLATFORM INFRASTRUCTURE
Our platform is built and hosted using Wix. While we actively customize our content to be as accessible as possible, some aspects of user navigation, payment gateways, and the gated "Members Area" are controlled by Wix’s core infrastructure. We regularly monitor updates from Wix to ensure our site benefits from their latest global accessibility improvements.
3. UNDER CONSTRUCTION / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
As a small, independently operated educational platform, we view accessibility as an ongoing journey. We are continually optimizing our digital files, worksheets, and self-help short courses. Despite our best efforts to make all pages and content fully accessible, some elements may currently be in the process of being upgraded to the most appropriate technological standard.
4. ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK & ASSISTANCE
Your digital experience matters to us. If you are experiencing difficulty viewing, navigating, or understanding any content within the Rekindle Intimacy Program, our Short Courses, or our Consulting pages, please let us know. We welcome your feedback on how to improve the site's accessibility. You can reach out directly via our primary website contact form or support email. Please specify the exact web page and the nature of the accessibility barrier so we can investigate and work to provide the information or format you need through alternative means.
