This Manifesto outlines the unwavering professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards that guide Claude Fourie’s Consulting Services, the Rekindle Intimacy Program, and all Self-Help Short Courses. Inspired by the highest global benchmarks in sexual health education and coaching—including the core principles of AASECT and the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS)—this statement serves as a pledge of safety and trust between this practice and you.

1. THE PILLARS OF OUR PRACTICE MANIFESTO
* Intimacy as a Right: We affirm that every adult has the right to a safe, satisfying, and pleasurable sexual and relational life, free from shame, coercion, and judgment.
* Shame-Free Architecture: We strip away the societal stigmas surrounding human desire, solo play, and unconventional relational paths, replacing them with clinical clarity and grounded empathy.
* Client Sovereignty: You are the ultimate authority on your body, your boundaries, and your relationship goals. Our role is to provide the map; you always drive the vehicle.

2. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & CONTENT ASSURANCE
Because intimacy coaching deals with highly personal subject matter, we maintain absolute, crystal-clear professional boundaries to ensure an entirely safe environment:
* No Physical Touch / Non-Somatic Delivery: All individual and couples consulting sessions are conducted strictly via digital audio/video platforms or telephone. There is absolutely no physical interaction, somatic bodywork, or manual touch involved in any service provided.
* Anti-Coercion & Pacing: In both our live consulting sessions and our self-paced courses, you are entirely free to pause, skip, or disengage from any communication exercise or reflective prompt at any time. Your boundary is our absolute command.
* Solely Educational Relationship: To preserve objectivity and emotional safety, our relationship is strictly professional and educational. We do not engage in dual relationships or personal friendships with active clients.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND THE "SAFE SPACE" ASSURANCE
We recognize that discussing intimacy requires a bulletproof commitment to privacy. We uphold the following confidentiality protocols:
* The Sealed Vault: Everything shared within live consulting sessions, intake questionnaires, or correspondence remains strictly confidential. Your name, identity, and personal history will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit, written consent.
* The Couples Boundary: When working with couples within the Rekindle Intimacy Program or consulting tracks, information shared in individual check-ins will not be secretly used to manipulate or blindside a partner. We champion transparency while respecting individual processing.
* Legal Exceptions: In alignment with global ethical standards, confidentiality is absolute except where legally compelled by South African or international statutes, specifically: clear and imminent intent to cause physical harm to yourself or an identifiable third party, or any suspicion of child or elder abuse.

4. SCOPE OF COMPETENCE & SYSTEMIC INTEGRITY
* Honesty in Credentials: We are dedicated to absolute truth in our branding. In alignment with our Terms of Use, we explicitly communicate that we operate from an educational and coaching framework, not a medical or clinical psychotherapeutic one.
* Proactive Referrals: We recognize the boundaries of our competence. If a client presents with psychological trauma, severe clinical dysfunction, or mental health distress that falls outside the scope of educational coaching, we will humanely and promptly recommend a referral to an appropriate licensed clinical professional or therapist.
* Continuous Development: We pledge to continuously refine our frameworks, interface with modern sexual health research, and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure our clients receive the most effective communication models available.

5. INCLUSIVITY AND RECOGNITION
We honor the vast spectrum of human love and identity. This practice provides a dedicated, welcoming environment to all individuals regardless of race, cultural background, gender identity, biological sex, sexual orientation, relationship structure (including monogamous, non-monogamous, or kink dynamics), or health status (including individuals navigating changes due to GLP-1 or other medical therapies).
