1. Fees, Currency, and Secure Payments

1.1 Fees and Payment

All fees for the Rekindle Intimacy Program, Self-Help Short Courses, and Consulting Services are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and must be paid in full or via an authorized payment plan before access is granted. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal via Wix).

International Transactions: If you are purchasing from outside the United States (such as South Africa), your bank or credit card issuer may apply currency conversion rates or international transaction fees. 2. Subscriptions and Gated Access

Cancellation Window: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled renewal date.
No Pro-Rata Refunds: If you cancel your subscription midway through a billing cycle, you will retain access to the gated content until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused days.

3. Refunds and Cancellations (By Product Category)

3.1 Digital and On-Demand Content (Short Courses)

Because digital access is granted instantly upon purchase, all sales of online courses and digital downloads are final and strictly non-refundable. You waive any "cooling off" period under local consumer protection rules once digital delivery has begun.

Legal Enforcement Notice:

South African Law (ECTA Section 42(1)(g)): Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the standard 7-day cooling-off period for online transactions does not apply to digital products or electronic services where access is initiated immediately or the content is unsealed/downloaded by the consumer.

United States Law: In accordance with the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and state-level digital consumer protection rules, digital goods are classified as instantly consumed upon delivery. 3.2 Rekindle Intimacy Program Exception

Notwithstanding the above, the Rekindle Intimacy Program includes a limited forty-eight (48) hour refund window.

Strict Deadline: Once this 48-hour window has elapsed, all fees for the Rekindle Intimacy Program become strictly non-refundable, regardless of program completion, payment plan status, or personal circumstances.

3.3 Consulting Services (1-on-1 and Couples Sessions)

Scheduled 1-on-1 or couples consulting sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment time.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend your scheduled session, will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. No refund, credit, or makeup session will be issued.
Emergency Clause: We understand that true medical emergencies happen. Exceptions to the 24-hour rule are granted strictly at the sole discretion of the Provider and may require reasonable supporting evidence.
